We got inspired after talking about being grateful for all the little things we may take for granted or simply don’t realize how much we do have, and by that we meant such as working legs, working limbs, working body, as healthy as we can be. It’s important to count your blessings so we don’t get caught up on the things we don’t have. Then we slowly turned into a venting session/trauma dumping episode, we shared how little we had when we were growing up but thankfully we never felt like that back then, it’s just now that we sit here and reminisce that we can tell how far we’ve come. Staying mindful of your surroundings can be so helpful when it comes to mental health! We hope you all enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it!
