In this podcast we will explore and share our opinions on different topics that can be a little hard to talk about, can relate to some people or simply be helpful to others.

After a very much needed break we are back and better lol
We talk about why we took a break last week, life was lifing, even argued because of some stressful things we went through! It’s okay to feel frustrated about things, but the most important thing is allowing yourself to feel and also give yourself grace.
We talk about what we do to take care of ourselves, and what we have been doing to continue to water ourselves.
Kenya shares how loved she felt on her birthday, and how she’s going to continue to celebrate herself.
Things to do for self care:
Spot Cleaning, especially if you feel overwhelmed, try to declutter your space.
Washing your face every night.
Going to concerts or just doing things to fill up your own cup.
Surrounding yourself with people who uplift you.
